Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring product subscriptions purchased from Fynd24, operated by Minimum Illion Limited. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Automatic Renewal
Your PawFirst™ subscription is an automatic recurring delivery plan.
Unless you cancel before your next renewal is processed, your subscription will automatically renew at the price and frequency associated with the plan you selected, and you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal.
Your subscription continues until canceled.
2. Subscription Plans
The currently available PawFirst™ Hairball Control Treats subscription plans are:
1-Pack
Initial order: $10.99 for 1 tin.
Future renewals: $21.98 every 28 days for 1 tin.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free
Initial order: $21.96 for 3 tins.
Future renewals: $65.94 every 56 days for 3 tins.
Buy 3 Get 2 Free
Initial order: $32.95 for 5 tins.
Future renewals: $99.99 every 84 days for 5 tins.
The discounted or promotional price shown for your initial order applies only to the initial order unless we expressly state otherwise. Future subscription shipments are charged at the recurring price displayed for the plan when you subscribe.
The exact plan selected, initial charge, recurring charge, and renewal frequency are also presented during the ordering process before purchase.
3. Authorization of Recurring Charges
By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly authorize Fynd24 and its payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for your initial order and for subsequent recurring subscription charges according to your selected plan.
Recurring charges will continue automatically until the subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.
4. Renewal and Shipment Schedule
Subscription products are automatically prepared for shipment according to the renewal frequency of your selected plan.
Depending on your selected plan, your subscription renews every 28, 56, or 84 days.
The applicable renewal frequency and recurring price are disclosed when you select your offer and complete your purchase.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal is processed.

Using the portal, you can review upcoming subscription orders, update your payment information, skip eligible deliveries, and cancel future renewals.

There is no cancellation fee.
Once your cancellation has been successfully completed, you will not be charged for subsequent subscription renewals.
If a renewal order has already been processed before your cancellation is completed, cancellation will apply to future renewals. Any refund request relating to an order that has already been processed or shipped will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Skipping or Managing Deliveries
Where available, you may use our subscription management portal to review upcoming orders, update your information, or skip an eligible upcoming delivery.
Skipping a delivery does not cancel your subscription unless you separately complete the cancellation process.
7. Promotional Offers
Promotional discounts, introductory prices, “Buy 2 Get 1 Free,” “Buy 3 Get 2 Free,” or similar offers may apply only to the initial subscription order unless the offer expressly states that the promotion also applies to future renewals.
Your recurring subscription price is the recurring amount specifically disclosed for the plan at the time you subscribe.
8. Price Changes
If we change the recurring price or another material term of your subscription, we will provide any advance notice or obtain any additional consent required by applicable law before the change becomes effective.
Any change will not affect your right to cancel your subscription before a future renewal.
9. Failed Payments
If your payment method cannot be successfully charged, we or our payment service providers may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment information, or pause or cancel the subscription.
You will not be responsible for subscription charges occurring after a valid cancellation has taken effect.
10. Refunds
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically create a right to a refund for an order that has already been processed or fulfilled.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any rights provided by applicable law.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
11. Communications
You agree that we may send subscription-related communications to the email address provided with your order, including order confirmations, subscription information, payment notices, cancellation confirmations, and notices required by applicable law.
Please keep your contact information current so that you can receive important subscription communications.
12. Relationship to Our Other Terms
These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If these Subscription Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service regarding the operation, renewal, or cancellation of a subscription, these Subscription Terms will control with respect to the subscription, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
